How Utilization is Calculated
Utilization (%) = (Productive Hours ÷ Available Hours) × 100. This percentage shows the share of available time recorded as productive work. What counts as productive time depends on your team's definition.
Example
If a team member works 32 productive hours out of 40 total hours, Utilization = (32 ÷ 40) × 100 = 80%.
