Utilization (%) = (Productive Hours ÷ Available Hours) × 100. This percentage shows how effectively your team’s time is used on productive work.
Example
If a team member works 32 productive hours out of 40 total hours, Utilization = (32 ÷ 40) × 100 = 80%.
