Tips for creating a good communications plan

In this PMWorld 360 video, Alison Mills-Long discusses how to create and manage an effective communications plan. Alison touches on what content should be included in a communication plan, such as where to house information concerning the plan, scheduling concerns, meeting details, stakeholder registers, reporting concerns and matters relating to lines of communication.
